As Executive Director, Jessica views her current role through infusing a clinical perspective. She ensures quality care through safeguarding structure within treatment centers. Jessica has a special interest in compliance and performance improvement.
Jessica has worked in the behavioral health field for over 7 years. She started her early career as an individual and family therapist, then was promoted into several different executive leadership roles within the industry. Throughout Jessica’s career she has led teams at every level of care with primary focuses on eating disorders, trauma, substance use, mental health, and crisis intervention.
Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University – Marquette in which she specialized in political science pre-law with a minor in criminal justice. Additionally, she obtained a master’s degree from Loyola University – Chicago in 2013, is a licensed clinical social worker, EMDR trained, and working toward her licensure as an alcohol and drug abuse counselor. Jessica is eligible to supervise individuals working toward independent licensure.
