Kristin Hale

Kristin Hale is the Clinical Director for Vogue Recovery Center’s detox, residential, and outpatient rehab in Phoenix, Arizona. Kristin oversees all clinical services at our Phoenix drug and alcohol rehab center, ensuring every client receives the highest quality of care. Her work involves guiding therapists, improving programs, and building a positive team dynamic to ensure you feel safe and supported during your recovery.

Kristin has worked in behavioral health since 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

Kristin is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a specialized certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her previous experience as a clinical manager and behavioral health therapist gives her the tools to treat complex substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders effectively.

Kristin is passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves. She believes people struggling with addiction deserve care and respect. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is watching guests discover their true identity and move past their trauma into a happier, healthier life.

Originally from Akron, Ohio, Kristin now enjoys the sunny Phoenix desert. When not at Vogue Recovery Center, she loves spending time with friends, family, and her dog, as well as traveling, going to the movies, or binge-watching her favorite shows.
