Rachelle Vargas
National Alumni Director
Rachelle Vargas is the National Alumni Director for Vogue Recovery Center, overseeing alumni programs across its facilities in Arizona, California, and Nevada. She first joined Vogue Recovery Center in March 2020 as a Behavioral Health Technician and has since advanced through various roles, including Shift Lead, Alumni Coordinator, and Director of Alumni Services. In her current position, Rachelle leads all alumni initiatives, fostering community engagement and providing dedicated support to her team.
Rachelle earned her degree in Medical Assisting from Wyotech in 2011 and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management. Additionally, she is a certified Reiki Master with expertise in Spiritual and Holistic Healing. Her professional journey includes roles outside the behavioral health field, such as Project Manager at Barr Commercial Door (2011–2014), Associate at Irvine Company (2014–2018), and a position at Safe and Secure Alarm and Video (2018–2020). These experiences, combined with her behavioral health background, have honed her skills in problem-solving, strategic planning, effective leadership, team building, and cultivating meaningful connections within the recovery community.
Rachelle’s personal experience with recovery fuels her passion for helping individuals and families navigate mental health challenges and addiction. She is committed to inspiring others by sharing her own journey of hope, strength, and resilience, guiding them toward long-term sobriety.
Outside of her professional life, Rachelle cherishes time with her family, traveling, hiking, and staying active at the gym. She is an avid reader and a devoted fan of hockey and baseball, her two favorite sports.
