Morgan Underwood, LMFT, LCADC, LCS, is the clinical director at Vogue Recovery Center’s addiction treatment center in Las Vegas, Nevada. In her role, she oversees the center’s clinical services and treatment programs, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care. Morgan also supports therapists in delivering individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
Morgan earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2014 and has been practicing for over 11 years. She holds dual licenses through the Nevada State Board of Drug and Alcohol Counselors and the Ohio CSWMFT Board, reflecting her commitment to excellence in her field.
In addition to her clinical work, Morgan is a certified supervisor candidate for the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) in both Nevada and Ohio. As an AAMFT supervisor, she has honed her leadership abilities, empowering clinicians to leverage their strengths and grow into ethical, skilled, and self-reliant therapists. Her passion lies in mentoring supervisees to develop the expertise required to excel in their practice.
Morgan brings a systemic, relational, and addiction-focused perspective to her work, integrating various theoretical frameworks such as developmental, systemic, and cognitive behavioral models. Her clinical expertise spans substance abuse and interpersonal relationship challenges, while her client focus includes individuals, couples, families, elders (65+), and Christian populations. Additionally, she specializes in clinical supervision, supporting licensed therapists in refining their skills and advancing their careers.
