Lana Winnie

Lana Winnie is the Clinical Director at Vogue Recovery Center in Phoenix, Arizona, bringing more than 16 years of leadership experience in behavioral health. She specializes in mental health and substance use disorder treatment and has extensive experience overseeing programs for individuals with complex mental health, addiction, and co-occurring treatment needs.

In her role at Vogue Recovery Center, Lana provides clinical leadership and strategic oversight of treatment services, helping ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote clinical excellence, patient safety, regulatory compliance, staff development, and continuous quality improvement. Throughout her career, she has also developed innovative clinical programs, led quality improvement initiatives, and mentored emerging behavioral health professionals.

Known for her collaborative approach to leadership, Lana is passionate about building strong clinical teams and developing systems that improve outcomes for individuals and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders. Prior to joining Vogue Recovery Center, she held senior leadership positions across community mental health, county government, detoxification and residential treatment, managed care, quality improvement, and behavioral health operations.

Lana holds a master’s degree and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in multiple states. She also holds specialized licenses and certifications in addiction treatment and vocational rehabilitation. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional development reflects her dedication to helping individuals, organizations, and communities achieve meaningful, lasting growth and recovery.

Outside of work, Lana enjoys taking weekend getaways, exploring new destinations, and roller skating. We are proud to have her as a dedicated, innovative, and compassionate member of the Vogue Recovery Center leadership team.
