Emma Lucky

Emma Lucky is the Operations Director for Vogue Recovery Center’s alcohol and drug detox and rehab centers in Phoenix, Arizona. Emma has been working in the substance abuse and behavioral health field for over 10 years as a BHT and Supervisor. In her role as operations director, Emma oversees all aspects of the detox and rehab programs, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.

With a passion for helping those struggling with addiction, Emma Lucky is dedicated to creating a supportive and healing environment for clients at Vogue Recovery Center. She works closely with the medical and clinical team to ensure all treatment plans address the client’s physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

Prior to the behavioral health field, Emma was the Director of several preschools in Arizona for over 20 years. She has a wealth of experience in management and facility oversight. She became involved in the Behavioral health field because she wanted to make a difference in the lives of those that have been affected by addiction. Emma Lucky has always believed that there is a child in all of us, and working from that, can make all the difference.
