Providing a positive experience leading to recovery is Kayla’s passion. Kayla comprehends the enormous courage it requires to seek treatment options, genuinely cares, and treats everyone with the respect they deserve.
Kayla started her career as a marriage and family therapist in California. She relocated to Las Vegas in 2012 to start her career as an emergency care evaluator in the field of insurance and psychiatric treatment. Through her years of experience, Kayla realized the need for quality treatment options with substance use and dual diagnosis programs. Kayla’s knowledge and experience make her a value asset to Vogue Recovery Center.
Mr. Cashia has over 35 years of leadership experience in outpatient services having previously served in various executive roles for several healthcare services providers that have successfully executed buy-and-build strategies. He has been named as Top 100 Health Care Executive by the NBJ and won several regional and national awards for his business success. He serves on the board of Servis First Bank of Nashville Tennessee. He is currently a founder and principal of Ascend Healthcare Services, LLC where he acts an adviser to companies and equity funds in health care sectors on both the buy and sell side. He Also is a founder and serves on the board of Compliance Partners and RenalCare Options. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and was a founding member of Vivere Health LLC, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of National Renal Alliance, LLC, Founder and Chief Operations Officer of National Nephrology Associates LLC, Founder and Chief Operations Officer for Renal Care Group, Chief Operations Officer for REN CORP – USA. He has lead successful business strategies that have involved Private Equity, Initial Public Offerings and utilized both public as well as private debt. Mr. Cashia attended the University of Alabama (History), Samford University (BS Nursing), Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management ( Masters Business Administration)
