Prior to joining Vogue, Michael was the EVP of Operations at Footprints to Recovery, a national provider of substance abuse treatment services. During his time at FTR, Michael was instrumental in driving substantial growth over 6 years and across every time zone while leading operations of substance abuse treatment in-patient and outpatient facilities across six states. Michael holds a Juris Doctorate law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, PA, and a Bachelor of Talmudic Law degree from the Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Baltimore, MD.

Ambrozino Storr

Chief Operating Officer

Ambrozino Storr is a highly motivated, goal-oriented executive with 15
years of progressively responsible positions gaining solid experience and knowledge in behavioral health care and financial management. Extensive experience supporting psychiatric clinical patient services for adults, adolescents, and children in outpatient and inpatient deliveries of care. Storr has launched startups in Nevada,
Arizona and California. Highly perceptive and understanding of business priorities, dedicated to managing employees and operations, culturally sensitive, contribute to business development, fiscal management,
contract compliance, and Joint Commission accreditation. Cross-functional
communicator, interface effectively with all staff levels, including executive management, physicians, nursing, patients, families, customer partners, and regulatory agencies. Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership competencies consistently deliver on vision, strategy, and roadmap. He holds an MS in
Business Management from National University and a BS in Psychology from
Northern Illinois University. Ambrozino has strong knowledge and connections within the southwest market, particularly Arizona, Nevada
And California, where he worked closely with state regulatory bodies and payors to launch acute psychiatric hospitals and substance abuse facilities.

Robert Itskowitz

VP of Human Resources

Rob graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva University with his bachelor’s degree in accounting, got his CPA license, and started his career by spending 4.5 years in Big 4 public accounting with both PWC and Deloitte. Rob spent the next 15 in recruiting, with the first 10 as the top, permanent staffing member of a national finance/accounting recruiting firm and then nearly 5 years as the Director of Talent Acquisition with Footprints to Recovery, a national organization that specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders. During this time, Rob oversaw and created a talent acquisition department by developing policies and procedures surrounding recruiting, onboarding, and human resources. Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 sons in his free time, including coaching their little league teams, taking classes at the Kollel Jewish Learning Center, participating in events, and volunteering at Congregation Shaare Torah.

Kayla Briers, LMFT

Director of Admissions

Providing a positive experience leading to recovery is Kayla’s passion. Kayla comprehends the enormous courage it requires to seek treatment options, genuinely cares, and treats everyone with the respect they deserve.

Kayla started her career as a marriage and family therapist in California. She relocated to Las Vegas in 2012 to start her career as an emergency care evaluator in the field of insurance and psychiatric treatment. Through her years of experience, Kayla realized the need for quality treatment options with substance use and dual diagnosis programs. Kayla’s knowledge and experience make her a valuable asset to Vogue Recovery Center.

David McGarry

Director of Business Development

David believes that effective addiction recovery incorporates comprehensive drug treatment focused on uncovering and addressing addiction’s roots. David has had different titles such as outreach counselor, rehabilitation counselor, case manager, discharge planner. When broken down, this means he knows how to help people. David has been in the mental health/ substance abuse field for over 10 years. He has worked at different levels of care in a variety of different capacities. His work ethic and commitment to the patient is what separates him from others.
